We had a wonderful time and loved Bucerias - it's the right size town for me. 

Condo Oceana was spacious and comfortable as promised and everybody was pleasant.  Special thanks to Antonio! 

If I could make one suggestion for future consideration it would be to have the television with cable/satellite relocated to the living room.  Having Mom on our bed with us to catch the evening news and her favourite show was beginning to wear on us by the end of our trip. LOL!

We had a great time in Bucerias as well as in Puerto Vallarta.  The condo was great.  We had everything we needed and more.  Sally and Antonio were very helpful and answered all of our questions. 

We certainly will recommend Condo Oceana and your website to folks who are interested in a Mexican vacation.  We're not sure of our plans for next year, but we'll keep you in mind if we decide to return to Bucerias.

Hi Marilyn!!

Judy and I arrived home from Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta late last night.  The weather was perfect as usual, and we got to meet and catch up with some friends.  The condo was great and the proximity to shopping and dining was so convenient.   The privacy of the pool and area was nice. 

Sally was very helpful and the staff around the building were gracious and very friendly.  We ate at Mezzogiorno (twice) and El Brujo (twice) Adauto's, and Tapas del Mundo. Great food, good friends and all in all, a wonderful time!  I thought the new MEGA (grocery) store was as good if not better than anything we have seen in Puerto Vallarta!! 

There has not been a single time since we have been visiting Bucerias that we did not return home feeling like we really were a "world away".

I met a chap and his wife in the airport in Chicago and they have been longing for a Mexican vacation such as this.  I gave them the Condo Oceana website and your name and contact information so you might hear from them.

Fabulous!!  Right from the start, everything in the condo and all the people here were just perfect.  Special thanks to Sally for being there.  We absolutely love the condo and the location. Condo Oceana is well equipped and very comfortable.  We were very impressed with how clean and well kept it is and the grounds around it.

We did the Vallarta Adventures "Signature Dolphin Swim"--thrill of a lifetime! and the "Outdoor Challenge"-- Boat...4x4...mule...zip...4x4...boat!  Great deal and fantastic experience.  Would recommend both.

We really enjoyed Bucerias, walks on the beach, sunsets and just relaxing in the beautiful pool.  The restaurants on the beach next to the condo--all with good food and service--were excellent. 

Our experience with Gecko was also good, we would rent a vehicle from them again

Everyone we met were so friendly, we will definitely be coming back!  All in all, we had a fabulous 10 days and look forward to our return.

We have totally enjoyed this condo and the area!  The weather has been excellent all week.  We wake up every morning to what we are calling "The Blind Rooster" who crows while it is still dark!

We went to the "Rhythms of the Night" show which was the best part of our week--would recommend to everyone!  From the crew on the boat, to the food and the show, it was all great!

We did a lot of shopping, swimming and relaxing on the beach.  We are sad to be leaving and back to work on Monday!

Our trip to Bucerias and our stay at Condo Oceana was great.  We were pleasantly surprised to find some beer, err,  I mean "bare essentials" in our refrigerator upon our arrival.  It's things such as that that really makes a trip memorable. We had a very good time while we were there and met some very nice people.  The Guest Handbook was very helpful and everything in the condo was great. 

We will definitely be returning to Bucerias and will most likely return to Condo Oceana. We will keep you in mind when we are planning our next trip. Your website has been bookmarked and I have already recommended Condo Oceana to several people including several couples in the airport while we were still in Mexico. Once I told them where we stayed and the amenities we had, I had a captive audience.

Dear Sandy and Brandon:

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful Condo Oceana.  The view from the balcony is spectacular and the condo is so well equipped, we felt right at home.

The weather was perfect during our stay and we enjoy the pool and "margaritas at sunset" from the comfort and privacy of our balcony.

We had a fabulous in-house massage with "Lu Lu" who speaks near-perfect English.  The price was so reasonable, I would certainly have her back again.

We had a very nice dinner at the new Italian restaurant on the beach, right next door to the condo.  A new restaurant find was "Fracheti" in La Cruz, (less than 10 minutes away).  The dinner was so good we went back the next day for brick oven pizza!  What I wouldn't give for a slice of that delicious pizza right now!

Of course, no trip to Bucerias would be complete without Sunday Brunch at Karen's Place on the beach, sizzling fajita's from Famar's and a new find (for me), La Lomita on the south side of town!  So many good restaurants for such a small town! 

Denis and Adam at Gecko Rent a Car set us up with a great little rental car--with only 2,000 miles on it.  It even had the "new leather smell" to it!  It was great having secure parking right at the condo.

Hi Marilyn:

Thank you for all your help arranging my trip back to Bucerias.  The condo could not have been any better!  It was wonderful!  The weather was great everyday and it was a rude awakening getting off the plane in Seattle to pouring  rain and cold, the first time I actually wore shoes in a week!

Bucerias and the condo were all that I was hoping it would be and more.  It was a very relaxing week, laying by the pool reading or walking the town exploring.  The most difficult decision was deciding where to dine out that night. 

Everyone we met was so nice and helpful and the neighbors gave us some great suggestions on places to eat which took us out of our comfort zone a bit, but it was well worth it.

I am looking forward to my next trip and already starting to make plans.  So don't be surprised if you hear from me again.  Thanks again for all your help, Marilyn. I really appreciate it.

We have spent the last six weeks in lovely Bucerias and our only regret is that all six weeks couldn't have been spent at Condo Oceana.  The owners here have thought of "everything" and Marilyn was most helpful.

After spending many vacations in Puerto Vallarta we are so happy to have discovered Bucerias.  After six weeks we really were feeling at home and we got to meet so many great people.  And the restaurants!!....What can one say?  It is hard to believe such a small town can have so many great places to eat.  It was hard to choose a favourite.  La Cascada in La Cruz, Adauto's (just crawling distance) and Karen's Place were our top three. 

The weather was great every day and we spent many afternoons lazing by the pool.  We made a couple of trips to La Cruz, Sayulita and of course, downtown Puerto Vallarta.  With a rental car, we made a trip to Terpic.  That was an experience, to say the least!  Driving is very interesting here.

A big thank you for our hosts Brandon and Sandy and of course, to Marilyn.  Hope to spend more time here next year.

What a great stay!  What a beautiful place!  The condo, the town and the country.  We came for the weather and we'll return for the people.

We have had a wonderful stay at Condo Oceana and we all agree it is the best place we have ever stayed!

We have never been to Bucerias before so it was all new.   The people are extraordinary and we felt welcome and safe on the bus onto Puerto Vallarta and to La Cruz.  We went on an ATV tour, Tequila tour, and the San Sebastion tour--but not all in one day!! 

This was the most informed on any trip we have ever taken.  I want to thank you, Marilyn, for all the helpful hints.  Our favorite place to eat was “Café Depot” (internet cafe)– right across the street!!

We had a great time and I would recommend Condo Oceana to anyone as it is such a nice place to feel at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Condo Oceana and want to thank you so much for such a great place.

It has been almost 20 years since our last trip to Bucerias and the town has grown and offers so many more choices, especially in restaurants.  You can't get a bad meal in Bucerias!

It was an experience for Deanna to go shopping with me as I cooked a few dinners in the condo.  The satellite TV was great as we could watch the Olympics and see some news from home.  

Deanna went horseback riding every second day and we took some side trips but mostly spent time at the beach and pool.  Deanna had her hair braided and as I waited, a young man helped me speak Spanish.  We took the bus into Port Vallarta to go shopping for shoes and we took many pictures--many of the beautiful sun sets!

We really enjoyed our week at Condo Oceana with lots of sun time and reading.  Thank you so much for the effort you have put into making this a true "home away from home".

Today we are on our way home after two wonderful weeks at Condo Oceana.  We had the opportunity of meeting Sandy our host/owner, who extended her hospitality and made us feel very welcomed. 

During the past two weeks we’ve enjoyed the beach and surf, visited La Cruz, went on the bus to Sayulita, walked from Condo Oceana to Paradise Village (who would know the beach can be walked for 3 hours!!)  We’ve had  a couple of trips into Puerto Vallarta using the local buses which have proven very easy.  We have always felt very comfortable and relaxed in Bucerias. 

Thank you for the welcome breakfast found in the fridge.  This was much appreciated, as was Marilyn’s handbook with restaurant suggestions

I guess I’ve always been a dreamer, but never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined a more simpatico place to be.  I never met a menu I didn’t like, I never saw the moon so bright and I really don’t want to go home.  Thank you for sharing Condo Oceana with us.

It was a luxury to have time to watch a block long line of ants carry leaves larger than themselves to a secret place below a basura can.  It was a thrill to daily check out the huge succulent bloom, to see if it had opened yet.  It was refreshing to have chickens arouse each new day.  It was wonderful in so many ways to be reminded that life is great and is there for the taking.

My friend and I came to Mexico for two weeks to celebrate my new job and her birthday.  As Condo Oceana was unavailable the first week of our stay we decided to stay at a luxury hotel in Nuevo Vallarta and transfer to the condo for the second week.  What a pleasant surprise to find Condo Oceana more comfortable and having more amenities than our "luxury" hotel! 

We spent our mornings sipping coffee and reading on the deck while gazing at the stunning view of the ocean.  Our afternoons were spent soaking up the sun at the beautiful pool and each evening the guest handbook directed us to different local restaurants to get the feel and taste of the real Mexico.  We are leaving feeling relaxed with memories of wonderful times and great food.  Can’t wait to return.

The only time we’ve left this oh-so-comfy place is to get into the ocean or to go out for dinner--once at Dugarel’s, once at an unnamed street stall.  The street stall gave us 4 great enchiladas and 2 sprites for 52 pesos, plus local flair and that slightly uncomfortable feeling that’s so hard to come by in the States. (It’s good to be out of your element from time to time.)  Other than that, we’ve slept in to 10 or 11, had leisurely breakfasts of fruit and coffee, read like bulldozers, lounged in all the furniture, swam, watched the diving birds and stared at the ocean. 

We have BIG plans for tomorrow--walking to La Cruz and heading to Sayulita for a bit of surfing.  I hope we’re up for it.  This condo is terribly luxurious and leaving it for any length of time is risky because I’ve acclimated to its many comforts.

Prior to this trip I’d only dipped into Mexico for the day, walking the streets of Tiajuana or a party bus to Rosarita.  This was my first “real” foray into Mexico, and like many a gringo I came with the usual trepidation and fears of vacationing in a “Third World” country.  But all those fears were unfounded.  Everything was perfect! 

Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay!  Clean, all modern amenities, comfortable, and the perfect location.  Favorite activities: enjoying some coffee (or many other beverages) and the breeze off the ocean on the deck or floating in the infinity pool under the sun.  I mean really, can it get any better? 

The condo was beautiful and provided a breezy refuge when the afternoon sun got a little too hot.  What better way to spend a morning or evening could there be then sitting out on that deck listening to the surf. 

I give this the highest recommendation to anyone looking for a vacation in Mexico.  Thanks so much!
